Description
Alfa 3-button folding key with straight key blade. The key housing is ideal for replacing your damaged, broken or lost folding key. The key is suitable for Alfa 147, Alfa 156 and Alfa 166, among others.
NOTE: If your battery drawer is not half closed at the top check out model 1227.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a good working folding key again without any technical knowledge.
What do you have to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and place them in the new clapkey. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key again.
