BMW compatible 3-button key housing with straight key blade (HU92R) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. Among others, the key is suitable for BMW E38, BMW E39, BMW E46, BMW E53, BMW E60, BMW E61, BMW E63, BMW E64, BMW E83, BMW E95 and BMW E90.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No it is not necessary, you can have a functioning key housing again without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics, battery and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Have the key sharpened (copied) by a key maker.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.
