BMW 4-button Smart Key Housing with electronics 868MHZ - PCF7942 transponder

For BMW suitable 4-button smart key including electronics (868MHZ) and immobilizer (PCF7942 - ID46). The key blade is straight. The key is suitable as (extra) spare key and among others suitable for BMW 7-series.

What do we deliver?

You receive a complete key. That is, a key including electronics (remote control) and transponder. The electronics ensure that you can open and close the car/motorbike remotely. The transponder (also called immobilizer) ensures that you can start the car/motor. We also supply a battery with it.

How does it work?

Programming (also called linking / learning / reading) of this car key will have to be done by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostics company. Before ordering, check with a company in your area if they can program the key for you.

Note: This key is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. Because of this, the car key cannot be programmed by a dealer. The dealer orders a pre-programmed key from the importer / wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).
