1. What can we repair?
1.1 The push button on the car key for opening and/or closing the car;
1.2 The car does not start, but with the spare key it is possible to start the car;

2. What can you expect from the repair?
- We use a fixed repair price of: € 49,95
- We will send the repaired car key back to you within a week;
- The key is registered (insured) sent including track and trace so you can follow the shipment;
- We only repair the electronics of your car key. We do not touch the code or software;
- Key housing also broken? Don't forget to order this one;

3. Additional Instructions
Once the order is received you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send the key for repair. Then you pack the key neatly and send it (registered mail is our advice) to us.
If your key is not repairable then we will inform you and send your car key back. You pay in this case € 14,95. These are the research costs of your key. So you will receive € 35 back from the repair service.
