Citroën 2-button folding key - key blade point with opening (conversion kit)

With this Citroën compatible 2-button flip key with pointed key blade with opening (NE73) you can convert your old (damaged) key housing into a flip key. Among others suitable for Citroën Berlingo, Citroën Xsara and Citroën Picasso.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can turn your normal key housing into a folding key without any technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Check if your current key is model 1082A. If you have another model, this key will not be suitable.

Step 2. Open your existing key housing, remove the electronics and starter sub-cup and place them in the new folding key housing. Close the housing.

Step 3. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 4. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key!
