Citroën 2-button key housing - key blade point with notch center with electronics 433MHZ - PCF7961 transponder

Citroën compatible 2-button car key including electronics (433MHZ) and immobilizer (PCF7961). The key blade is pointed and has a notch in the middle (NE78). The key is suitable as (extra) spare key and suitable for Citroën C1 and Citroën C2, among others.

What do we supply?

You will receive a complete car key. That is, a car key including electronics (remote control) and transponder. The electronics ensure that you can open and close the car remotely. The transponder (also called immobilizer) ensures that you can start the car. We also include a CR2016 battery.

How does it work?

Programming (also called linking / learning / reading) of this car key will have to be done by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostics company. Before ordering, ask a company in your area if they can program the key for you.

Note: This key is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. Because of this, the car key cannot be programmed by a dealer. This is because the dealer orders a pre-programmed car key from the importer/wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).
