Citroën 2-button key housing - key blade straight with notch side

Citroën compatible 2-button key housing with straight key blade (HU83) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key is suitable for Citroën C, Citroën C2, Citroën C3, Citroën C4, Citroën C8, Citroën C5, Citroën Xsara, Citroën Xsara Picasso and Citroën Saxo, among others.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a functioning key housing again without technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.

Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.
