Citroën 3-button folding key - key blade straight - VA2

Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly working clapkey again without technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics battery and immobilizer and place them in the new clap key. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly working folding key again.
