Jaguar compatible 4-button folding key housing (without key blade) to replace your damaged or defective folding key housing. The key is suitable for Jaguar X-Type, Jaguar XJ, Jaguar XJR and Jaguar S-Type, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly working folding key housing again without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do
Step 1. Open your existing key, take out the electronics, battery and immobilizer and place them in the new push button housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new pushbutton part.
Step 3. That's it, you now have a properly functioning flip key housing again.
