Transfer service

Planning to purchase a key housing, but are you reluctant to transfer the housing? No worries, we can do this for you too!

An employee of autosleutel.nl will remove the housing of your old key and place the key in the new housing. This will also include, if possible, transferring the key blade (iron part that goes into your ignition). In some cases the key blade cannot be transferred (this is mentioned on the information page of the key housing) and we can sharpen the key for you through our sharpening service.

How does the transfer service work?

Step 1: You order our transfer service + the new key housing.

Step 2: After receiving the order we send information by e-mail so you can send the key to us. Of course, you can also drop by our office in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel!

Step 3: You pack the key neatly and send it to us (registered mail is our advice) or make an appointment to visit us.

Step 4: As soon as the key is received we will transfer it to the new housing for you

Step 5: Within 5 working days we will send the transferred key back to you by registered mail including the old housing.

Step 6: Yes! You have a working key again.
