This Range Rover compatible 3-button folding key with straight blade (HU101) is ideal to replace your damaged or faulty folding key. The key is suitable for Land Rover LR3, Land Rover Discovery 3, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport, among others.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a good working folding key again without technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and insert them into the new clap key. Note that your current folding key is glued. Open the key housing with a sharp object. (own risk)

Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly working folding key again.
