What do we deliver?

You receive a complete car key. That is, a car key including electronics (remote control) and transponder. The electronics ensure that you can open and close the car remotely. The transponder (also called immobilizer) ensures that you can start the car. We also supply a battery with it.

How does it work?

Programming (also called linking / learning / reading in) of this car key will have to be done by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostics company. Before ordering, check with a company in your area if they can program the key for you.

Note: This key is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. Because of this, the car key cannot be programmed by a dealer. The dealer orders a pre-programmed car key from the importer/wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).

What should you do?

Step 1. Enquire at a local car dealer, specialist garage or car diagnostic company whether they can program keys with electronics.

Step 2. Order the required car key and have it programmed by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostic company.

Compare photos.

Carefully compare the photos of your current car key with the offered car key. Note that in this model, the battery is attached to the electronics.
