Mercedes 2-button Smart Key Housing (model 3)

This Mercedes compatible 2-button smart key housing is ideal to replace your damaged or defective smart key. The smart key is suitable for Mercedes A-Class, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes C-Class, Mercedes CL, Mercedes CLK, Mercedes CLS, Mercedes SL and Mercedes SLK, among others.

Note: Before ordering, please check carefully that the position of the battery corresponds to the photo of article 1850. If the attachment of the battery is not the same check article 2301.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a new functioning smart key without any technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Open your existing smart key housing, remove the electronics and place them in the new smart key housing. Close the housing.

Step 2. Insert the emergency key (the mostly iron key) into your new smart key housing. You can also choose to have the emergency key sharpened (copied) by a key maker.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly working smart key again.
