This Mini compatible 3-button smart key housing is ideal to replace your damaged or faulty smart key. The smart key is suitable for Mini Cooper, Mini Cabrio, Mini Cooper S, Mini Coupe, Mini Countryman, Mini Roadster and Mini Paceman, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No, it is not necessary. You can have a new smart key without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing smart key housing, remove the electronics and insert them into the new smart key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new smart key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly working smart key again.
