Mitsubishi 2-button key housing - key blade straight with notch

Mitsubishi compatible 2-button key housing with straight key blade with notch to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key is suitable for Mitsubishi Colt, Mitsubishi Grandis, Mitsubishi Pajero, Mitsubishi L200, Mitsubishi Montero, Mitsubishi Lancer, Mitsubishi Shogun and Mitsubishi Warrior, among others.

Please note that we supply this housing without the battery case. You can neatly transfer the old one after which the whole unit will work fine again. If you still need a new battery holder, you can order model 1498.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a well functioning key housing again without any technical knowledge.

What do you have to do?

Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.

Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.
