Opel compatible 2-button key housing with straight key blade (HU43) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key is among others suitable for Opel Astra, Opel Corsa, Opel Combo, Opel Meriva, Opel Signum, Opel Tigra, Opel Twin Top, Opel Vectra and Opel Zafira.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a functioning key housing again without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics, battery and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.
