This Peugeotl compatible 3-button folding key with straight blade with side notch (HU83) is ideal to replace your damaged or defective folding key. The center button of the folding key features a symbol for lighting. The key is suitable for Peugeot 207, Peugeot 306, Peugeot 307, Peugeot 308, Peugeot 406 and Peugeot 407, among others.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a working clapkey again without technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Open your existing key, take out the electronics and immobilizer and place them in the new folding key. Close the housing.

Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly working folding key again.
