This Peugeot compatible 3-button folding key with straight key blade with side notch (HU83) is ideal to replace your damaged or defective folding key. The center button of the folding key features a trunk symbol. The key is suitable for Peugeot 207, Peugeot 307 and Peugeot 407, among others.

Is technical knowledge necessary?

No that is not necessary, you can have a good working folding key again without any technical knowledge.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and insert them into the new folding key. Close the housing.

Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.

Step 3. That's all, you now have a working folding key again.
