How do I replace the key (housing)?
You can have a properly functioning folding key again without technical knowledge.

What do you have to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, take out the electronics and immobilizer and transfer them to the new folding key.
Step 2. Next, transfer the key blade (part that goes into your ignition) to the new flip key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a working clapkey again!
